On a brighter and more relevant matter, I shall probably post photos on this boring blog of mine next week as I'll be receiving my camera from my seeester who's flying in from Yapan for a 2-week breather. We'll probably dress up in lots of outfits so I'm pretty ecstatic to see how that goes. It's not a new digital SLR, beeteedubs. It's just my oldie-but-goodie digicam. What are photo editing software for, right?

No. I Did Not Come From Vacation.

I Want A New Camera.
So I've been having lots of uhmmm.. moments lately. With my recent obsession over Lookbook and blogging, I've found my head floating away to the covers of every fashion magazine. It's gotten so bad that I sometimes can't focus on school anymore. Well, ok. Not really. Come on. I'm actually a big fan of school. Is that weird? Anywaysies, I have dry-runs of numerous outfits I've put together for various events. The sad part is, I live in a place where there's nothing to do, really, but just go to school, to the mall or stay at home. I fear that I may never get to wear the clothes that have been rotting in my closet for the longest time.
About two days ago, I came up with a genius solution to my fashion woes. I need a new camera. I may never get to wear my clothes in public but I sure can give them due appreciation by wearing them and taking photos after, right? :) This is the baby that I want. It's an oldie but a goodie.
Just an update. The Lookbook situation has yet improved but come August, I'll be posting some photos of me wearing new outfits. :)
Now, I gotta lose weight. FAST!

I like your shoesies.
I used to hate Olivia Palermo back when she was in the reality show The City. But as my ush (yoozh) evenings in my room, I've come across her style page and I must say, her style's much better than Whitney Port's now in the post-The City era. I used to just want metallic lace-up flats but now I just realized that I REALLY WANT metallic lace-up flats! She's donning a pair of Sergio Rossi's in those photos.

PRETTY! Makes me want to go thrifting.

And Another.
I'm sorry. I can't help it. It's like dressing up one of my Barbie dolls save that there aren't any because it's 2010 now. Come on. Children no longer play with dolls. They go on the internet and join social networking sites. The world is coming to an end, isn't it?
Of A New Love Affair.

Lately, I've just had and undying fascination for sailor-esque wear although it always appears every spring. I'm even thinking of putting together an outfit, showing less skin (ugh, Catholic Uni) this coming washday. Thoughts?

Covering Serena up in Paris.

I see no boobies!

This is good news to all mommies and daddies. Apart from the more edgy outfits for Serena Van Der Whore, She actually sported less nunga-nunga(boobs, duh?)-revealing clothes. I don't know how much cooler it is in Paris but it must have been the weather. Apparently, New York wasn't chilly enough for Serena to cover up.
I'm loving the fashion on season 4 so far. Those electric blue trousers are absolutely stunning! And the gold blazer... speechless.

おひさしぶり
That roughly translates to 'it's been a long time' in Japanese! Hello, once again cyberworld! Wow. That made me sound like I've been living under a rock for some time. It's been years since I last wrote a blog. Well, here's to a new beginning of a new commitment! Although nothing's written in stone, I will do my best to keep this updated and post the most random and mundane snippets from my life. <3
Meanwhile, the photograph above is a random one from when I visited my sister Ivy in Tokyo last 2009. :)
